Christmas Eve Candlelight Service
For 2020 there will be a Christmas Eve service via Zoom, beginning at 7:00pm. It will be fairly similar to Christmas Eve services in the past, although this year Rev. Bill Pinches will offer a short meditation in lieu of the storytelling time with the children. A recording of that service will be posted on the main page of our website by approximately 9:00pm.
For 2019 there will again be one Christmas Eve service for all generations, beginning at 6:30pm. The service will include familiar carols, anthems from the adult choir, a piano offertory, scripture readings, a storytelling time for the children, and a candlelit singing of "Silent Night." The service will be about an hour long. Prelude music (handbell and dulcimer solos) will begin about 15 minutes prior to the start of the service. Following the service, meet and greet friends, family, and new acquaintances. Childcare will be available during the service.
